Entry-Level Project Manager
Elevation Global Inc. is seeking a graduate-level Entry-Level Project Manager to join our Technology, Analytics & Business Operations leadership development program.
This position is designed for candidates with advanced academic backgrounds in technology management, engineering management, analytics, information systems, data science, operations, or related quantitative disciplines who are interested in applying their technical and analytical education to real-world business environments.
The Entry-Level Project Manager works across technology-enabled operations, data analytics, process optimization, project implementation, and strategic decision-making. The position provides practical application of graduate-level technical and management concepts while developing the candidate toward increased project and organizational leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to support business and project decisions
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), performance models, and reporting frameworks
• Identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization through quantitative analysis
• Apply analytical methodologies, including classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and trend analysis, to internal business cases and optimization initiatives
• Utilize CRM, data management, reporting, and business technology platforms to maintain data integrity and improve operational visibility
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and performance
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable business and project recommendations
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of operational workflows and business systems
• Analyze market, customer, project, and performance data to support strategic planning
• Assist in project planning, execution, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally to implement scalable analytical and operational solutions
• Support client strategy by evaluating performance outcomes, operational requirements, and data-driven opportunities
• Participate in the development and implementation of training, performance measurement, and team-development systems
• Assume increasing responsibility for project execution, technology-enabled operations, analytics, and team leadership as proficiency develops
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree required
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Understanding of technology-enabled business operations, systems, project management, or process improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across technical, operational, and management functions
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities

Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary: $70,000 annually
